Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Late check-in (after 10:00 PM) is possible by prior arrangement with the reception.

Check-out is until 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available for an additional fee.

The reception is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

You can cancel your reservation online, by email, or by phone.

• Free cancellation is available up to 4 days prior to arrival.

• For cancellations made less than 4 days before arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booking price will be charged.

• For non-refundable bookings, the reservation cannot be modified or cancelled, and 100% of the total price is charged immediately upon booking.

We accept both card and cash payments.

The rate includes:

• A buffet breakfast

• Wi-Fi connection

• VAT and the local tourist tax of 40 CZK per person per night

• A baby cot (available upon request, free of charge)

Free parking is located directly adjacent to the hotel (with ample space).

Breakfast is included in your stay and is served buffet-style during the following hours:

• Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Saturday – Sunday: 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM

All rooms are equipped with comfortable beds, a private bathroom, a TV, a mini-fridge, and a balcony. Detailed amenities for each specific room type can be found in our booking system.

Hotel Break can accommodate up to 58 guests. We offer versatile room layouts, ranging from double rooms to quadruple rooms, making them ideal for solo travelers, couples, families, or smaller groups.

All hotel rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Yes, parking is free of charge for all our guests.

The resort is situated in a quiet area of Hradec Králové, right next to a pine forest and various sports trails, while still offering excellent accessibility to local highlights:

• Hradec Králové City Center: 7 minutes by car

• “Na Větvi” Outdoor Adventure Park: 3 minutes on foot

• Hradečnice inline & cycling path: 3 minutes on foot

• Rytířské hradiště (Knights’ Castle playground): 18 minutes on foot (not accessible by bus)

• Stříbrný rybník Resort (Adventure park, minigolf, open-air cinema, playground, and rental of bikes, scooters, paddleboards, inline skates, etc.): 5 minutes by car / short bike ride

• Hradec Králové Main Train Station: 10 minutes by car

• Observatory and Planetarium: 8 minutes by car

• The Giant Aquarium (Obří akvárium): 10 minutes by car or 35 minutes by public bus

Our Matchball Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch specials, and dinner. We specialize in Italian cuisine and authentic Neapolitan pizza baked in a stone oven. The restaurant is also open to the general public.

Our kitchen is happy to accommodate individual dietary requirements. Please inform our waiting staff about any specific needs in advance.

Yes, booking the sauna is required at least 45 minutes in advance at the reception to guarantee availability at your preferred time.

The resort features a pro tennis shop where you can purchase gear. We also rent out tennis rackets for a small fee.

Yes, the Overtime Gym fitness center is part of the resort and is open to both hotel guests and the public. Access to the fitness center is not automatically included in the room rate, but it can be used for an additional fee or purchased as part of a discounted package.

Yes, the conference club includes an outdoor terrace of 54 m², which can be rented and used as part of your event space.

Yes, both our conference club and restaurant facilities can be rented for weddings, celebrations, and other major family milestones.

Yes, free high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire resort.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee (upon prior agreement with the reception).
